Terms of Use

The service

Publication Manager helps you plan, write, organize, and schedule content for workflows involving Substack Posts and Notes. It does not currently publish directly to Substack. You are responsible for publishing content to external platforms yourself.

Access and accounts

Access is currently by invitation, including invitations that may come through Substack Coach Community. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Access may be granted, made inactive, suspended, or restored.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, seek unauthorized access, interfere with its security or operation, abuse other users or accounts, or materially disrupt the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the Posts, Notes, publication information, and other content you enter. You give Substack Coach Community permission to store, process, display, and otherwise handle that content as needed to provide and operate Publication Manager. You are responsible for having the rights needed to provide and use that content.

Third-party services

You may use Publication Manager alongside services such as Substack. Those services have their own terms and policies, and we do not control them. Publication Manager does not currently provide direct publishing or synchronization with Substack.

Availability and changes

Features may change, access may be interrupted, and we may modify or discontinue the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, guaranteed backups, or permanent preservation of data.

Suspension and account deletion

We may make access inactive or suspend it for service administration, security, misuse, or loss of eligibility. Inactive or suspended access does not necessarily delete your account, workspace, or content. Deleting a user account is a separate action; some related records may remain as described in our Privacy Policy.

Privacy and ownership

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal and service information. Publication Manager, its interface, branding, and service materials belong to their respective owners; you retain ownership of your own content.

Disclaimers

Publication Manager is provided as available during this pilot, and its functionality may change.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Substack Coach Community is not responsible for losses caused by third-party services or content supplied by users. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
